1. Nature of Services

Financial coaching services are educational and supportive in nature. They are designed to help clients improve their financial habits, savings strategies, basic investment understanding, and overall money management skills.

Services do NOT include:

• Professional investment advice

• Tax or legal advice

• Accounting services

• Recommendations on specific financial products

• Services requiring professional licensing

All recommendations are general and based solely on client-provided information.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information

• Participate actively in coaching sessions

• Complete any exercises or action steps recommended

• Make their own financial decisions responsibly

Clients understand that success depends on their own effort, consistency, and implementation.

3. Fees & Payments

Payment terms vary by package and must be completed before services begin unless otherwise agreed.
All payments are final. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or unused portions of packages.

4. Confidentiality

All personal and financial information shared during coaching is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

5. No Guarantees

While coaching aims to improve financial habits and outcomes, no specific financial results are guaranteed.
Clients understand that financial progress depends on many factors outside the coach's control.

6. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fa De Kulcha Consulting is not liable for:

• Financial losses or damages

• Poor investment outcomes

• Market fluctuations

• Consequences of client decisions

• Errors or omissions in client-provided information

Clients accept full responsibility for all financial choices.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions with reasonable notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

8. Agreement

By booking or participating in services, the client acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
