Refund Policy

At Fa De Kulcha Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality financial coaching and personalized support. Because our services involve reserving time, preparing personalized coaching materials, and providing professional expertise, all payments are subject to the following Refund Policy.

Coaching Services

All coaching fees are non-refundable.

Once a coaching package or consultation has been purchased, no refunds will be issued for:

• Completed coaching sessions

• Unused coaching sessions

• Missed appointments

• Partial completion of a coaching package

• Early termination of coaching by the Client

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Financial Foundations Consultation

Payment for the Financial Foundations Consultation is non-refundable once your appointment has been confirmed.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice, and we will gladly work with you to arrange another appointment.

Coaching Packages

Coaching packages are designed as complete programs rather than individual sessions.

As such:

• Payments are non-refundable.

• Unused sessions are not eligible for refunds or cash value.

• Coaching packages may not be transferred to another individual without written approval from Fa De Kulcha Consulting.

Flexible Payment Agreements

Clients participating in a Flexible Payment Agreement remain responsible for the full agreed package fee.

Choosing to discontinue coaching before completing the program does not cancel or reduce the remaining balance owed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations can arise.

Clients may reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be considered forfeited at the discretion of Fa De Kulcha Consulting.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests related to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Fa De Kulcha Consulting and do not constitute a waiver of this policy for future requests.
